After 3 months

Severely poisoned in late 2007, I struggled to detox successfully.  With chemical residues over 1000% beyond ‘safe’ levels, I couldn’t tolerate supplements or standard saunas.  Every detox mechanism seemed to have been blocked and the tiniest change in routine resulted in headaches and vomiting.

When two doctors both suggested I contact Get Fitt to try Far Infrared Treatment, I decided to try it.  Warm, relaxing and very simple to use, I actually look forward to my blanket session.  I feel much clearer and more alert afterwards.  It is also particularly good at helping to clear the effects of unexpected chemical exposures such as wet paint and sprayed plants, which seem to be everywhere in modern life.

The support and treatment programme has been excellent.  Having been diagnosed with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, it is so refreshing to deal with people who really understand the implications of these conditions.

I have already seen a huge improvement over the past three months.  I am now able to take the supplements which my doctor has recommended and look forward to continuing progress over the coming year.

After 6 months

The results of my two fat tests and my mitochondrial test show I am now clear.  I still can't quite believe that the Far Infrared programme managed to clear so much so quickly.

On the recommendation of my doctor, I contacted Mark at Get Fitt regarding the benefits of Far Infrared Treatment.   Mark asked me about my symptoms, so I told him I have been suffering from multiple chemical sensitivity for a number of years as a result of long-term exposure to hazardous chemicals in the workplace. 

I went on to say that my most debilitating and unbearable symptom was migraines.  Although our home is free from harmful chemicals and synthetic fragrances,  I was still waking up every morning with a headache and still suffering terrible migraines, in addition to chronic fatigue and a host of other symptoms. 

I started to use the Far Infrared Sauna two weeks ago and already I am feeling a great deal better and have oodles of energy. Get Fitt's telephone monitoring and support during the detox programme, was really helpful.  They are very knowledgeable about our environment and health effects and are able to offer a variety of equipment to help........

 In fact I feel so good now that I have set up a new company.
