A toxic overload can disrupt many of the body’s systems, including the detox pathways. This means that the body may not detoxify very well.

We Do Not Move – Sedentary Lifestyle

During our lives today we sit around a lot; while we eat, commute, watch TV, work at a computer, and go to the Theatre/Cinema.
